MessageExport for Outlook is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook that is enables you to quickly convert Outlook email to different formats, including .pdf, .msg, .eml, .mbox, .mht, .txt, .jpg, .gif, .tif, .html, and other various formats with a single click.

You can setup custom profiles that can accomplish only selected messages or process a number of tasks at once. For example, if you are working on a project and need to file certain messages to a .pdf document format, and need compress and encrypt the message using a standard password, MessageExport can easily do that with a single click. The exported messages can be saved based on the sender, subject, email address, date, and other variable. If the email has an attachment, users can choose to embed it with the PDF files, convert it to an image within the PDF document, or save it to different folder. Users can quickly configure project profiles that contain the project folder location and formatting preferences.

MessageExport for Outlook is also can be used to back up the Outlook folders to PDF or other formats, copy emails to network folders, combine multiple emails into one, and much more. MessageExport also allows users to mass export and convert email messages and extract the file attachments.
