Do you dream of having a house in a small cluster of a housing area that has a park where people can walk or jus sit and read a book while their kids can play in a playground in the park? I do. Actually right now I am so happy because in the area of my house, we have a public space where the kids can play there because it also has a school playground equipment. For me it is very valuable and I believe, it also make our house value higher.
